Supporters argue that these powers provide essential tools for responding to terrorism and national security threats. Critics see something more dangerous: an environment where extraordinary government powers gradually become ordinary. Once citizens become accustomed to surveillance and emergency authority, the political resistance to expanding them can become considerably weaker. ### Surveillance and the Security State The post-9/11 era dramatically expanded America's intelligence and surveillance infrastructure. Programs exposed through investigations and whistleblowers demonstrated that modern technology could allow governments to collect information on an enormous scale. This creates a fundamental constitutional question. How much privacy should citizens surrender in exchange for security? Emergency powers require oversight. Surveillance requires legal boundaries. Detention requires due process. Political dissent must not become synonymous with criminality. Constitutional protections matter most precisely when governments argue that extraordinary circumstances require extraordinary powers. It was called the Thanatorium. ### When Science Fiction Becomes Reality Decades later, assisted dying remains one of society’s most controversial ethical debates. Switzerland has long permitted assisted suicide under specific legal circumstances, attracting people from other countries seeking control over the circumstances of their deaths. Then came something that looked as though it had been designed specifically for a science fiction movie. The [Sarco capsule](https://www.exitinternational.net/sarco/). ### The Suicide Saucer Designed as a futuristic pod, Sarco uses nitrogen to rapidly reduce the oxygen concentration inside the enclosed chamber. Its advocates presented it as a way for an eligible person to initiate the process themselves and die after losing consciousness. Its appearance is striking. Part spacecraft. Part medical device. And Part coffin. The technology immediately raises profound questions about where personal autonomy ends and society's responsibility to protect vulnerable people begins. ### The Right to Die? Supporters of assisted dying argue that competent adults suffering intolerably should have the right to determine how and when their lives end. Opponents fear normalization. Could expanding assisted-dying systems eventually place subtle pressure on the elderly, disabled, seriously ill or economically vulnerable? Could something originally presented as an expression of individual freedom gradually become influenced by healthcare costs, demographics or political priorities? And data has become one of the most valuable commodities on Earth. Companies can use it to predict behavior, governments can use it for administration and security, and sophisticated surveillance systems can potentially combine enormous amounts of information about individual citizens. ### The Rise of Technocracy Organizations such as the World Economic Forum have publicly discussed digital transformation, artificial intelligence and the future of global economic systems. The company remotely increased thermostat temperatures for several hours to reduce strain on the electrical grid. The technology to remotely override devices inside private homes was no longer theoretical. ### The Internet of Things The Internet of Things has connected thermostats, televisions, security cameras, doorbells, appliances and countless other devices to outside networks. Every connection provides convenience, but it can also create another potential point of surveillance, cybersecurity vulnerability or external control. Smart meters extend this digital infrastructure directly into the electrical grid. The question is not whether these technologies can be useful. They clearly can. The question is what safeguards exist when control is increasingly centralized. ### From Energy Management to Digital Control Concerns about a future “climate lockdown” remain largely speculative. There is no established evidence that the Colorado thermostat incident represented a political program to impose such restrictions. However, the underlying technological capability deserves scrutiny. Emergency powers combined with interconnected infrastructure could theoretically provide governments, corporations or utilities with unprecedented control over energy consumption. What begins as voluntary participation today could raise very different questions if similar systems ever become mandatory. ### Who Controls the Switch? For others, particularly some Christian audiences, turning Satan, the Antichrist and occult themes into entertainment raised deeper concerns. The controversy opens an old question. Does entertainment merely reflect changing cultural attitudes, or can repeated exposure to certain imagery gradually normalize ideas that previous generations considered forbidden? ### Hollywood and the Occult Hollywood has maintained a fascination with occult symbolism for generations. Demons, witchcraft, possession, ritual magic and supernatural forces have provided material for everything from classic horror movies to mainstream television. That does not establish that Hollywood itself is literally controlled by an occult organization. Strictly one way. No microphone, no way to answer back. More than a decade ago, trying to pick up one of his shows, he stopped on a voice. A disembodied woman's voice, repeating his name. "Michael, Michael, Michael, Michael." He tells Clyde Lewis it sounded like his dead mother, and he gives the detail that makes the studio go quiet: she never called him Mike. She always called him Michael. Lewis has an answer ready, and it is not an explanation. It is a memory. His aunt kept the same kind of radio, and at Thanksgiving the family would listen to planes coming in, police chatter, the Russian buzzer, the woodpecker. Strange sounds lived on those frequencies, he says, and some of them were voices. That is why he does this show. On this night, the voices are the whole show. The subject is the phone call that should not exist, the one Lewis believes is replacing alien abduction as the way the unknown introduces itself. Phone companies call it packet loss or crosstalk. Lewis has a machine on the desk that he says suggests otherwise. ## The Cube Answered With Neptune A month before this broadcast, Lewis and Roger Cluton ran the experiment that gave the episode its charge. The device is the Black Cube, which Lewis describes as a transmogrified ghost box, rerigged to sweep cell phone bands rather than the usual AM and FM scan. With an Australian didgeridoo and a Native American flute, they sent a signal out, aiming at the Black Knight satellite, the anomalous object Lewis says NASA wrote off as a hoax even though, he claims, cameras have caught it twice near the International Space Station and the Moon. Lewis is careful about what he claims happened next. "There was absolutely no proof that we were hearing aliens," he says on air. He quotes it: scientists at Harvard have proposed a united global network of cell phones to help detect fast radio bursts, the high-energy flashes astronomers have been logging from deep space. Six more bursts had just been detected from the same source, a faint dwarf galaxy three billion light years away. Lewis notes the bursts register at frequencies in the neighborhood of cell phones and Wi-Fi, which is why, in his telling, your handset might catch one. He goes further, to Abraham Loeb of the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics, who said "an artificial origin is worth contemplating." Lewis reads from a paper posted by Cornell University arguing that beams used to power giant light sails could produce parameters consistent with fast radio bursts, and he mentions NASA's estimate that a light sail craft could reach Mars in three days. He concedes the mainstream read, that FRBs come from cataclysms like supermassive black holes, then waves it off as speculation of its own. Around that time, he says, his cell phone was dialing by itself and texts were arriving a day late, and with North Korea rattling sabers he wondered about intelligence agencies. He plays another one, lifted off his answering machine after a stretch of harassing calls. In the gibberish he hears a whisper: "get me on the air." He admits he did not catch it until he broadcast it. A caller thinks it sounds like a train whistle. Lewis hears a voice asking for a microphone. The callers stack up with their own tapes. Ray from Utah hears "updating Black Knight" inside one of the recordings. George from Oregon has been called three times by a garbled voice from an eight-digit number that does not exist when he dials it back. Lewis plays the one that chills him most, a wash of noise that resolves, for a second, into a plain request: "I need your name." ## The Box Takes Questions In the last stretch, Cluton fires the Cube up live and Lewis opens the lines. They call out to TRAPPIST-1, the newly found system of seven planets around a dwarf star, and ask for a name and a location. The box coughs back what everyone in the studio hears as "Trappist-1." Cluton is audibly rattled: "My hair stood up on my bald head." Michael from Washington calls in just to ask what TRAPPIST-1 even is, and Lewis walks him through it. I am beginning to understand that health, whether it is good or bad is still life. Bad health isn't the greatest but life is life span is valuable. There is no ‘healthy life.’ There is only life. For going on eight months my life has been recovery and hope. However, for me it is like reliving the whole Covid-19 all over again only without the masks and criticism. It is limiting. Health and illness comprise now the same interactions, the same losses, the same wins, the same monitoring by the same devices and the same institutions. However the more time I have to think about it , the more I feel that the American way of life is so grueling that every day is an exercise in self-destruction and the cures and supplements we take to "keep up" everything we eat and drink every pill and treatment is an Iatrogenic artifact. ### The Morality of Gain-of-Function Research The proof is in the declassified documents that raise the questions about the morality of "gain of function" exercises. I have talked about them before. Two years before Covid -19 forced us into a self-imposed quarantine I spoke to a standing room only crowd in Palm Springs about Clade X and the case against a government that is well known for testing pathogens on an unsuspecting public. ### America’s Cold War Biological Warfare Program During the Cold War, the United States maintained an active biological warfare program from 1943 until President Richard Nixon ordered its termination in 1969. Operation Sea-Spray was a 1950 U.S. Navy secret biological warfare experiment in which Serratia marcescens and Bacillus globigii bacteria were sprayed over the San Francisco Bay Area in California in order to determine how vulnerable a city like San Francisco would be to a bioweapon attack. There has been speculation that the experiment may have contributed to one death and at least ten illnesses. There is more --and many of these Gain of function experiments are a matter of record. ### Fort Detrick, Plum Island, and Vector Research Centered at Fort Detrick in Maryland*, these Gain of function programs explored various delivery systems for pathogens, including insects such as fleas, mosquitoes, and ticks. One notable experiment, Operation Big Itch in 1954, involved releasing approximately 670,000 fleas from cluster munitions to test their viability as disease vectors. Some the work reportedly was conducted at Plum Island, where large colonies of both soft and hard ticks were maintained. Wildlife, including deer and birds, moved freely between the island and the Connecticut mainland, creating potential pathways for pathogens to reach local populations. ### Operation Mongoose and Biological Sabotage The program gained additional momentum during the Kennedy administration. In response to Cuba’s alignment with the Soviet Union, the United States launched Operation Mongoose, a covert campaign aimed at undermining Fidel Castro’s regime. Some proposals reportedly examined the use of disease-carrying insects to target Cuban agricultural workers, particularly in sugarcane and tobacco fields, in an effort to disrupt the island’s economy. ### Project 112 and Mass Insect Production While the full extent of these plans remains debated, declassified documents confirm that Project 112, authorized in 1962, expanded biological weapons testing and included research on mass insect production. Between 1966 and 1969, the U.S. military released 282,800 ticks labeled with radioactive carbon-14 along bird migration routes in Virginia. The goal was to study how ticks—and the diseases they might carry—could spread across wide areas. Notably, lone star ticks, previously not found north of the Mason-Dixon line, soon established populations on Long Island.” According to the account of a retired CIA black ops agent interviewed by investigative reporter Kris Newby in “Bitten: The Secret History of Lyme Disease and Biological Weapons,” the covert weaponized tick program actually went live during Operation Mongoose, in which he participated. Donald Trump signed into law an order to 'review and report on biological weapons experiments on and in relation to ticks and tick-borne diseases.' The investigation is long overdue but even so, the facts it uncovers will come as a shock to many. A growing body of evidence shows that during the Cold War ticks were tinkered with and used as delivery mechanisms for biological warfare agents. And these weaponized ticks may have been released both intentionally and unintentionally on an unsuspecting public by the US military. ### COVID-19 and the Return of Gain-of-Function Questions While many people were distracted by the release of the Epstein files and the UFO files -- there were reports about how Covid 19 was actually a Gain of function exercise gone wrong. Last April, A former senior official at the National Institutes of Health was indicted on obstruction of justice and conspiracy charges for allegedly concealing federal records about gain of function research into viruses like the one that caused the Covid pandemic. David Morens, was indicted by a federal grand jury in Greenbelt, Maryland on three felony counts for allegedly using a Gmail account to hide official communications. According to the indictment, Morens sent and received emails on his private account in order to thwart Freedom of Information Act requesters seeking information about so-called gain-of-function research, which can make pathogens deadlier or more transmissible in order to study them. ### Fauci, Wuhan, and Declassified Biolab Claims Tulsi Gabbard , during her tenure as United States Director of National Intelligence, released declassified documents that allege Dr. Anthony Fauci misled Congress and had unpublicized communications with intelligence agencies regarding the origins of COVID-19. In her final act as director of national intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard released a collection of declassified documents about COVID-19’s origins and Dr. Anthony Fauci. The headline claim was explosive: “Fauci Funded Wuhan Lab Research That Sparked COVID.” Her press release and accompanying five-minute-long video monologue went further, accusing Fauci of manipulating intelligence assessments and lying to Congress. She also revealed new evidence showing U.S. government funding for more than 120 biolabs across more than 30 countries. Not only did these labs work with dangerous pathogens, they often involved this gain-of-function research. This has been long suspected in the "Conspiracy theory" realms that Fauci used taxpayer money to conduct gain of function experiments in wet markets in Wuhan. Now it appears that a gain of function exercise not connected to Fauci appears to be a reboot of Project 112. ### RFK Jr., Lyme Disease, and Alpha-Gal Syndrome According to reporter Liam Cosgrove HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. recently addressed the astronomical increase in Lyme Disease and alpha-gal syndrome, a tick-borne infection that causes potentially life-threatening allergic reactions to red meat: Kennedy remarked: “Last week, I went to New Hampshire… to address this explosion of alpha-gal, and we take it very seriously. One of the epicenters is Martha’s Vineyard where 50% of the adult population is now affected. It is really a devastating disease. You can’t eat red meat for the rest of your life. We are looking at medications that can serve as both prophylactics and also potentially cures for it. We’re funding those studies now and we’re working with the companies that are making those. We’ve also launched a major effort on tick control through a number of different strategies that address deer populations… Three ticks that are causing these, most of the tick-borne diseases, all breed on deer. And we’re looking at strategies for eliminating their breeding capacity.” ### Reports of Tick Infestations and Metal Boxes Over the last month, a groundswell of anecdotal accounts and videos from farmers and ranchers across the country have flooded social media, depicting massive tick infestations on their properties. They have discovered metal boxes on their properties full of ticks. This could indicate that there may be a new gain of function program underway that infects people with Alpha Gal. However no one has traced the boxes to any lab or government activity. ### Lone Star Ticks and the Spread of Red-Meat Allergy The Wall Street Journal recently reported that The lone-star tick is expanding across the U.S., leading to more cases of alpha-gal syndrome. Lone-star ticks are named not for the single white dot on their backs that looks like a single star. A bite from this tick triggers a red-meat allergy. In some cases, it also causes an allergy to dairy and other products or medication derived from mammals-gelatin capsules included. They are moving beyond their traditional base in the Southeast and south-central U.S., pushing farther north and west. The ticks are especially common in coastal areas, such as Martha’s Vineyard off the coast of Massachusetts and Suffolk County in New York. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimates that as many as 450,000 Americans have alpha-gal syndrome. That is nowhere near the level of Lyme disease, which accounts for a similar number of diagnoses each year. ### What Alpha-Gal Syndrome Does to the Body Unlike Lyme disease, which is an infection, alpha-gal is an allergy. It’s caused by the saliva in a tick and how it intersects with the immune response of certain people. When a lone-star tick bites you, it introduces the sugar molecule alpha-gal into your bloodstream. The immune system responds, and the next time you eat red meat and related products it identifies those as a threat, resulting in an allergic reaction. The most common symptoms are hives and gastrointestinal issues, but symptoms can progress to shortness of breath and even anaphylactic shock. ### Misdiagnosis and Medical Blind Spots An added problem: Some doctors believe cases are still being missed. After all, until recently many healthcare providers knew little about the condition caused by lone-star tick bites. A 2023 CDC report found that 42% of healthcare providers had limited knowledge of alpha-gal syndrome and 35% weren’t confident in their ability to diagnose it. Patients say misdiagnosis of the syndrome is common and diagnoses can be delayed. That’s because allergic reactions often take place three to six hours after eating the culprit. Among common misdiagnoses: irritable bowel syndrome. ### Food, Medicine, and Mammalian Product Sensitivities So what are people with alpha-gal syndrome allergic to? Everyone is allergic to beef and other meats such as pork, lamb and venison, but not to non-mammal meats such as poultry or fish. A smaller percentage also have sensitivity to dairy and have to avoid gelatin and products containing it including Jell-O, gummy bears and even gel-cap pain relievers as well as medications made in mammalian cells. While the best treatment is avoiding red meat, another option is the injectable drug Xolair. Approved by the Food and Drug Administration in 2024 for all food allergies, the drug helps reduce allergic reactions after accidental exposures. For about one-third of people, alpha-gal will go away within three to five years. ### Meat Allergy, Climate Policy, and Behavioral Engineering WEF World Economic Forum Matthew Liao has endorsed the use of lone star ticks to curb meat consumption. He states- "We can induce 'meat allergy' by using Lone Star Ticks to stop the consumption of meat and “help the planet” There are members of world health groups that meet in DAVOS that believe reducing meat consumption will curb Climate Change. The sick part of all of this is that the condition itself, is the subject of a recent academic paper that argues for the intentional spread of this illness. A 2025 paper published in the peer-reviewed journal Bioethics proposed that Alpha-Gal Syndrome could function as a “moral bioenhancer” to discourage meat consumption and suggested that we should genetically engineer ticks to spread the condition more effectively. ### “Beneficial Bloodsucking” and Moral Bioenhancement Another sick reality is that those involved with any gain of function activity can have plausible deniability because it has been found that changes in urban development have also brought humans into closer contact with wildlife that carry ticks. Deer populations have increased in many regions, and with less people hunting compared to generations before, it creates an ideal environment for tick proliferation which means more exposure to humans and more bites. A another medical paper titled, “Beneficial Bloodsucking”, was published in the reputable peer-reviewed journal Bioethics. The authors are Parker Crutchfield and Blake Hereth, both professors in the Department of Medical Ethics, Humanities, and Law at Western Michigan University School of Medicine. They argue that Alpha-Gal Syndrome can function as a “moral bioenhancer.” Basically, if eating meat is considered morally wrong due to animal welfare, environmental, or climate reasons, then actively promoting the spread of AGS is not just permissible, but “strongly pro tanto obligatory” essentially a moral imperative. To accomplish this, they propose genetically modifying ticks to spread AGS more effectively while reducing other disease risks, framing it as an ethical intervention to “enhance” human behavior by making meat consumption difficult or impossible for more people. ### Why the Tick Question Cannot Be Ignored Now you know why I am concerned. The uptick in tick bites, how fast these diseases spread, and how severely, appears to be happening because of government gain-of-function research. This is how Covid 19 began , with an area of research dedicated to genetically altering organisms with the goal of enhancing biological functions like transmission and pathogenesis. Another “coincidence” to ponder is that 50% of the Wampanoag Native American tribe in southeastern Massachusetts now have Alpha-Gal syndrome. That’s quite the sudden increase for a people group that has lived alongside nature for millennia. He is mid-sentence, telling Clyde Lewis that a man needs the Holy Ghost to know the truth, when Lewis picks up a brass bell off the studio desk and rings it into the microphone. Bill keeps preaching. Lewis rings again. The line goes dead. "It works! It works!" Lewis shouts. A stranger at a book signing once told him a bell would run off a heckler, and he has kept one within reach ever since. "It's kind of like fly repellent," he says. "It just basically keeps the pests away." The heckler picked a strange night to demand doctrinal purity. Hours before that call, Lewis had thrown out the show he planned and rebuilt the evening around a single news story, one he told his audience he could not sit on. ## A Study Out of Buffalo The story came from the New Zealand Herald. Omer Gokumen, an assistant professor of biological sciences at the University at Buffalo, had reported widely different genes in the DNA of people living in sub-Saharan Africa, genes that trace back roughly 150,000 years to interbreeding with an archaic population no one has ever dug up. No skeleton, no skull, no tooth. Scientists call the source a ghost species, and they call the process archaic introgression, the movement of genes from one divergent population into another through mating. Lewis read the headline aloud: ancient humans had sex with a non-human species. Then he took his leap. "I'm leaning towards the idea," he said, "the reason why they give it the term ghost species, they don't want anybody to know that they could be aliens or at least extraterrestrials." That reading belongs to Lewis, not to the researchers. The study points to an unknown archaic hominin, and nothing in it invokes beings from anywhere but Earth. Lewis also reached for a mummified three-fingered figure with an elongated skull reported out of Nazca, Peru, suggesting it could stand as the ghost's fossil record. No museum or university has validated that claim, and Lewis offered it as his own suspicion, not as established fact. He had firmer ground with Denisova Cave in Siberia, where scientists in 2010 pulled DNA from a single finger bone and found another cousin in the family tree. ## The Phones Fill the Silence Nathan from Ohio called first, calm as a schoolteacher. "I personally believe that evolution is a sign of God's hand in movement," he said. He walked Lewis through the bottleneck theory: Homo sapiens interbred with other hominids for a hundred thousand years, a supervolcano eruption some seventy thousand years ago cut humanity to a few thousand survivors, and the Eve gene traces to Central Africa because that is where the survivors huddled. Lewis agreed, and brought up the genetic variation among the Bushmen of the Kalahari. "This also explains," he added, "what it said in the Bible about pain in childbirth. The head is so big." Sam from Kansas argued that natural selection rewards the adaptable, not the biggest or the smartest. A species our ancestors mated with, a species that died out, sat fine with him. "I simply don't have a problem with that," he said. Lewis let the thought hang, then twisted it. "Or left." Sam compared the whole process to Detroit: "It's like building a Model T, a Model A. You know, then you get to the flat-edged V8s." Jeremy from Tennessee took the seeding idea further. If you were colonizing a planet, he said, you would modify your colonists for each environment. Lewis ran with it, pointing to negative blood types as possible residue of an experiment he believes continues. ## The Old Names Come Out Mary from Colorado knew her texts cold. She raised the Nephilim, the children of human women and the Watchers, set down in the Book of Enoch during the time of Jared. Lewis answered with a litany of hybrid names from ancient writings: Nephilim, Anakim, Giborim, Alamoizim, Titans, Men of Renown, Grigori, Nakash. The Nakash, he said, was a reptilian serpent that walked upright until the angels cut off its arms and legs, and "his scream was heard in the circumference of the planet." He read the Book of Numbers the same way, casting the Sons of Anak as offspring of the giants, the people who made Moses' explorers feel like grasshoppers. Mainstream readings describe the Anakim as tall men; the reptilian framing is Lewis's own. Then Gabriel called, and the hour went somewhere else. Gabriel studies with the Rosicrucian Fellowship and identifies as a Freemason, and he laid out an esoteric creation account like a lecturer. Elohim, he said, translates most accurately as "the shining ones." The Zohar says Adam and Eve first wore garments of light. Lucifer split with Jehovah over water added to the environment; Lucifer's angels withdrew to Mars while Jehovah kept the moon. One of Lucifer's angels created Eve and united with her, producing Cain against Jehovah's will. Jehovah then created Adam, whose union with Eve produced Abel, and after Cain killed Abel came Seth, "kind of a make-up child," as Gabriel put it. Cain's descendants invented the arts and sciences, Abel's became the religious and dogmatic, and in Masonic legend Hiram descends from Cain while Solomon descends from Abel. Lewis let him finish, then gave the story his blessing: "The secret societies know. Most of them do." ## Lights Over the Tree Line The last call of consequence came from Sean, near Salem, Oregon, who said Sasquatch activity surrounds his home. He described lights descending from the sky and stars arranging into triangles. He said the creatures mimic coyotes and owls, bend trees into X-shaped signs, and blend into the forest so well that seeing them takes training. He claimed hundreds of photographs: structures he called temples, footprints, handprints, and a possible biological sample. "I invite you to come see this with me," he told Lewis. "I could show you stuff that people spend their whole lifetime searching for." Lewis did not pack a bag. He told Sean to get footage, to document everything, because no crew travels on words about camouflage. Earlier in the night Lewis had floated the idea of fifty to a hundred Sasquatch in the region, and Alan from Massachusetts had pushed back on the arithmetic: that many bodies in the woods and nobody holds up daylight footage? ## What Stays Unsettled The genetics study is real. The fossil is not. Between those two facts, this episode builds its whole house, and everyone who phones in brings a different name for the silence in the genome: shining ones, Watchers, a serpent that once walked, a hairy thing outside Salem. I became a music fanatic around the age of 10, and Led Zeppelin II was the album that started my obsession. Although The Electric Prunes’ Mass in F Minor was my first exposure to long-form composing, it was also deeply influential. Thanks, David Axelrod. Thankfully, I am still obsessed with music. ### Life in Northwest Washington I also love the outdoors, which is a good thing, because there is a lot of it here in Northwest Washington State. For the past few years, I have also been a volunteer caregiver, and I am thankful for that experience. But my ultimate dream is to become a full-time composer, until the end, as soon as life allows. ### Re-Listening, Re-Examining, and Rediscovering I began an obsessive venture to re-listen to music from all genres. Eventually, this led me to a deeper re-examination of classical music. I was seeking to discover my current loves, likes, and dislikes. First, I sought out specific composers whose works had been difficult for me to find in the past. Now, with so much music readily available online, I could finally hear more of what I had once only searched for. A few of those composers include: - Hildegard of Bingen - John Dowland - Carlo Gesualdo - Silvestre Revueltas ### An Unlimited World of Music What I found was that I could now locate almost anything I was looking for in today’s online environment. Suddenly, I had what felt like an unlimited ability to explore music, and I took advantage of it as much as possible. At one point, I was listening to every Baroque composer I could find. Then came my Vivaldi revelation, which is revealed in the first episode of this series. ### Falling in Love With Italian Composers After this, I realized that Baroque music had a much wider variety than I thought I knew. I also discovered that I preferred the Italian composers over the Germanic, Franco-Flemish, and English composers. I had fallen in love with Italian composers more than I ever thought possible. ### The Series I Had to Present This became the show I knew I had to present. In this series, after a Renaissance prelude, we will begin with Arcangelo Corelli, then continue through the Baroque, Classical, and Romantic era composers of Italy. This should keep me busy for at least the next year, and it is something I eagerly anticipate. ### A Listening Experience for Everyone These composers are masters of a melodic, lyrical sound that makes me feel deeply satisfied to get lost in. The idea behind this series is to provide incredible listening sessions for anyone and everyone to enjoy, with as little interruption as possible. I promise to provide history, but not to do too much talking.
