2. Subscription Cancellations

Clicking on the “Subscriptions” or “Memberships” section
Selecting the “Cancel Subscription” option

2.2 Effect of Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
You will maintain access to your membership benefits until the end of your current billing cycle
Your subscription will not renew automatically after the current billing period ends
You will not be charged for future billing cycles
Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Refund Timeframe
We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee for new memberships. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.
3.2 Eligible Purchases
Refunds may be issued for:
New membership subscriptions within the satisfaction guarantee period
Duplicate charges or billing errors
Service unavailability that extends beyond 24 consecutive hours
3.3 Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
Subscriptions canceled after the satisfaction guarantee period has expired
Subscriptions that have been actively used (content accessed, downloads completed, etc.)
Special or promotional memberships explicitly marked as non-refundable
4. Refund Process
4.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:

Include your full name and email address associated with your account
Provide your order/transaction ID if available
Explain the reason for your refund request
4.2 Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:
Full refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase
Refunds typically take 7 business days to process
An additional 7 business days may be required for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider
5. Prorated Refunds
In select circumstances, we may offer prorated refunds based on the unused portion of your subscription period. Eligibility for prorated refunds is determined on a case-by-case basis.
6. Recurring Subscriptions
6.1 Automatic Renewals
All memberships are set to automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless canceled. You will be charged according to your selected billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annual).
6.2 Renewal Notifications
We will send email reminders before your subscription renews. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact information is up to date to receive these notifications.
7. Failed Payments
7.1 Payment Retry
If your payment method is declined, we will attempt to process the payment again within 3 days.
7.2 Account Access During Failed Payments
If payment fails:
You will receive notification via email
Access to membership benefits may be temporarily suspended
Your subscription will be reactivated once payment is successfully processed
